This is planned but in the meanwhile we released read-only API key, which allows you to build truly custom status page or dashboard in javascript by calling our API directly.

I would add updown as a service status page on my website when it had a combined status page (so combining multiple checks like website, app, api, ...) showing one status (All Systems Operational with dropdown for the individual services) as a public page. Even better if it would including room for placing service notifications / or a possible twitter feed.
